The staff can be very rude for no reason. Pat in particular, she's very unpleasant to most customers when they haven't done anything to provoke ill behavior.

Ran up my bill after I stopped pumping then the lady behind the register was a smart *** to the customers.

Love the people that work here. They are always so friendly. Sometimes the wait it too long, but only because they never have enough help.
