Bought Seneca cigarettes. Live worms and nasty black and brown stuff, hole bored through filter. Refused refund, said once you left grounds tough. 800# customer service worse. Woman could care less about the problem. No refund. Worse service I have ever seen. Could care less about selling you a product like this. No more purchases at Murphy USA for me.

Well iv never been so humiliated by an attendant at the Murphy's gas station! The girl working Makayla? I think was her name she ID me bfor she would scan my lottery tickets I said excuse me I'm 49 by the way. Iv never been identified jus to get service at a store. So I went got my license as I walked to the window I said well that's the stupidest thing ever! As I'm getting my license outta my wallet she literally refuses to serve me for no reason. She was very rude and doesn't need to b working w public
