late to pickups and late to deliveries. they don't follow the Bill of Lading accesorials. they will leave your freight outside when you specifically request inside delivery. they only had my freight for two days and somehow lost boxes from my shipment. if i could leave less stars i would.

Terrible company ! They never answer the phone and you never know when your item will be delivered. Have been waiting 2 weeks since YRC gave them my freight to deliver and they still have not delivered the freight to my customer !

They called me last Thursday saying they would be at my house Friday morning with my delivery. Did not show and did not call. Tried calling them multiple times and cannot get ahold of anyone. Have no clue where my product is.

Great people I was called when they received my package may I add was very large I spoke to them even before they receive my package very good people friendly gave me all the information I needed. Delivered my package the next morning on time. Thank you very much to everyone I spoke to on the phone and to the drivers that delivered our package y'all are great people you do a great job.Thank you. ................... Penny & James.

I've been forced to use this service several times because there's no other freight delivery in my area. These people are 1) rude 2) never answer their phone and 3) hold shipments for weeks even months before delivering and no one can ever get ahold of them to see what's going on. When you pay hundreds of dollars for a shipment to arrive at your house you shouldn't have to wait a month to receive it especially when it sits in this companies office for 3+ weeks with no word at all from them.
