“The outside entrance and overall appearance of this small grocery store is rather dingy, no doubt because of the old building. However, the inside is what matters most for a grocery store, and the inside was clean and organized. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the freshly-cut steaks that day; none of the meat looked old or gray. That's impressive for a cheap grocery store. However, the $7.75/hr minimum wage for most of its employees and this establishment's near-total prohibition against most visible tattoos on its employees are both concerning issues in this modern day and age. Get it together, Houchens!”

“Nice amount of room for parking, especially on busy days. Location is a positive since my best friend works only a few minutes away from the store.. he can stop and get lunch for the rest of his shift.. affordable prices on everything and they have nice selections on clothes and electronics. Every dollar general I've visited has had a well known variety of whatever you may be looking for ?”

“It's a great place to save money. If you see something there you want, you better get it right then, because when you go back, it will probably be gone. I have gone in, and there were several pallets of a popular cookie for a dollar a pack. The next day, I decided to get some more before they sold out. I went back the next day, and they were all gone. Again, great place to save money”
