I've been sarcastically dismissed by a manager there the past 4 times I've been there. Looking for a new provider as I am typing this. I've done nothing wrong to him.. Was there yesterday, wanting to unsuspend a stolen phone line, and get a new sim for that number and he commented that it was past their closing time, like it was my fault his "team" had taken an hour to respond back to him. I can't help that. I was there well before closing. I do not like being treated this way. Do your job and by the way, my phone still doesn't work! I have 3 other witnesses too. One being another employee there. I gave 4 stars because of the company itself. Great phone selections and fantastic reception. He mustve never heard of secret shoppers...

This store was awful the worst customer service Iv ever had not only was I lied to on but the guy helping me did not ever ask me the plan I wanted he just did the unlimited one so after ever he still could not get my phone activated and refused to refund me anything so I basically pay then 100 dollar and got nothing to show for it and there just sitting in the back play video games and not wanting to help any one they are clearly in need of a lesson in customer service

The experience was great. Quick and effective service. The worker from the name of “Shanell Fugate” was super nice and very helpful with finding what I needed. I will be back to this facility. Happy we finally have a cricket wireless in my local area.

The customer service is amazing! I called the sales associate Derrick Eversole prior to coming. He got my accessories ready for me to pay and go when I got there. No hassle and amazing customer service. It's an all around amazing phone service and environment. 10/10 recommend
