I had an awesome experience at Clutts. My transmission went out of my Nissan suddenly, so I was in need of a car ASAP. Needless to say, I did not have money saved up, for a down payment for a new car. Kevin worked with me on getting a down payment I could afford on a new 2020 Chevy Sonic with only 20,000 miles. He also worked with me on getting the monthly payment fixed to a price I could afford. Kevin was very understanding and patient about my situation. He even followed me to the gas station and filled up my new car with gas!! I've never had a car dealership to do that before! I am so excited for my new car, this is my first one ever. Thank you, Clutts and Kevin for making my first time experience in buying a new car a great one! I give them 5 stars and would recommend Clutts anytime to anyone buying a new car for their first time or second or third, etc. If I am ever in need of another car for any reason, Clutts is the place for me!

Never go to clutts I bought a 2016 Ford focus I didn't even have it a week I had to take it back for a transmission not once but twice then I paid it down and took my car back up there and they first wnato$2500 plus my car then when back a few months paid my car down a lot more then they wanted $3000 plus my car these people is a joke I really didn't want my car but they talked me into it knowing they wasn't supposed to sale the car without being checked out they sold me this car without being checked out never I mean never go to clutts

Never go to this place I paid cash out right for my truck and my brother bought one same way cash up front 2 weeks later. And my brother got his title before me. It took his title 2 weeks to get it and it's 3 months 2 weeks now and I do not have my title. I owe nothing on it. I will be back to Wright a bad comment every week till this is resolved

Bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado clutts told me I would get a warranty and that the truck had so much value I wouldn’t need gap insurance even though I specifically asked for it. They get me on a payment that the truck isn’t worth. They marked the truck up to 27k when the value is only around 17k at the time the truck was better valued however they also told me they could get me in a way cheaper payment, I go to clutts to get the truck and they raised the truck payment to 581 instead of the 500 flat rated amount that was discussed, less than a year goes by and I call because the engine light came on. Clutts then says “you don’t have a warranty” and they left me stranded now I’m stuck with a truck that has an engine light and no warranty what so ever this is the worst dealer you could go to. NEVER do business with this shady terrible place the monthly bill is like a gunshot NEVER and I mean NEVER go here I was new to this and was lead astray would’ve read fine print but took their word on it DONT GO HERETRIED TO GET A TRADE IN they offered me 15k for the truck and would not help me at all“The market was bad at the time of purchase” other dealers offered more money

I went here the other day and I am very disappointed in these people! Awful workers! This young boy was basically just insulting me! He was so rude and so hateful for no reason! Was so snobby too.. I didn't think teenagers could be vehicle salesmen?! How about y'all get better workers.. if you ever want to go here don't all their vehicles are awful and these "good" reviews are bots or family members to the CLUTTS. Go to Tim Short people!

Great stuff with these salesmen they did everything over the phone they will go to work for you immediately which is pretty shocking in the sales industry you usually run into slacking salesmen but not these guys Jeff and Justin are the go to guys if you’re looking for your next new ride! P.s I wasn’t at the dealership 10 minutes and left in my new ride these guys go to work! Great eastern Kentucky worker’s at this lot!

After a brief visit, I've found they are first and foremost, salesmen. They're not going to be blunt or honest with you they just want to sell you something. It may be fine for some, but I want someone who will just tell me honestly what's wrong with something. Having someone sit there spouting lies that are clearly just that, is honestly just insulting to me, I don't plan on ever returning.
