They are great. They sent us directions for SD & RGN to route around high railroad tracks in to our dispatcher way before we got there. The guard & loader were nice & efficient. Loading was quick. They had dunnage and coil racks (20$). Was able to scale at exit and it gave all axle weights.

Guards and receiving are courteous and helpful. If your first time, make sure you're at right address. They have more than a couple of warehouses.

Loading was pretty fast, it was a snap getting paperwork, and they were nice enough to axle weight me on the way out, and gave me a copy of the weight ticket, that was cool.

The good folks at southwire co. Not only do they want you there after 1900hrs. But make you wait until 0118hrs to call you to tell you what door to pull in. Then wait until around 02ish cause they are at lunch. Then once you loaded. Leave. Even though you sat in their gravel parking lot big enough for at least 20 trucks. They want you off their property. The fat dorky security guard was absolutely no help. They basically want you to break the law as long as you are iff their property. They dont care.

Very slow sit in line 3 hrs and no one in line to load and one fork truck said be right back and gone for 3 hrs
