After speaking with Ohio County Storage during the government shut down and being told that it was okay that we were behind on our payment to "pay what we could when we could" (still have the text messages) without any notice at all what so ever. No letter, no phone call absolutely no contact our units were auctioned. Things were gone that can never be replaced. If we wouldn't have been told that it was okay that we were behind OR notified it would have been a completely different story. I would never refer them to anyone. Actually I would go out of my way to warn others so that there belongings that keepsakes and things that have no monetary value but can never be replaced due to personal value do not end up so maliciously stollen.
