Always a long line with only one person working, expect to be in there for awhile. Also don’t expect to get any helpful information in regards to your packages

Had a overnite letter left Pikeville ky on morning of the 9th due on the 10th and still sitting here on the 11th waiting for it to arrive. It's 340pm in the afternoon and left post office at 615am this morning. Why does it take 12 hrs to deliver main in a small town. Very dissatisfied.
