Had a brake line go out Thursday.. I came home with no brakes, brake padle went to the floor 21 miles away from the house.. I was able to lemp it back to the house.. I had a call out with fiber and copper lines down in Somerset.. Went to O’Reillys in Harrodsburg no one seemed to really care about helping me get back on the road, the boss came in riding his new motorcycle so everybody had to run out and see it.. I just got there at the wrong time I guess.. but I had to go back twice to get the right brake line come to find out after installing it that it’s the wrong fitting on the brake line.. but also had to go to O’Reillys in Danville to get a brake line flare kit.. what an AWFUL experience that was.. I guess not being from a small town they just over look ya.. I’ve spent two days broke down with multiple call outs and people out of service to find out that your better off just ordered parts from amazon.. #oreillys

Jeremy and his crew went out of the way to help me find and odd ball part that was a true needle in a haystack. I have been going there for years and seen many managers and crew come and go. The current management and crew are awesome.

Ordered a ac hose Monday afternoon and they already sent it back its Saturday and i just got time to pick it up whoever is the manager needs management training and on top of that i put the order under my phone num very frustrating.
