I will not go here again. I made an appointment for my feral/outside kitty weeks ago. We had a time putting her up the night before so she could fast. We had an even harder time getting her in a cat carrier the following morning. I waited all day for the call saying she was ready. About 3:45, we finally got the call. However, it was to inform us they didn't get to her. They wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule in another 8 days. The poor baby was left in the carrier all day. No thank you!

Our first experience will sadly be our last. While I am sure they do a great service to the community that is overflowing with stray animals, they should be more educated and aware of those animals that come in as pets. My autistic son’s nearly 5 month old puppy died on the table while being spayed there. We were told that she looked anemic and had fluid on her belly. We had only rescued her from a neighboring county pound 10 days prior to her spay appointment. It was not until talking to multiple private practice vets afterwards that we learned many vets wont spay anything under 6 mo, they have to have a clean fecal (checks for worms) and a clean health check along with vaccines. We could have still likely had her had they looked her over first and educated us more on her condition before going into surgery or told us she was not healthy enough to spay. Yes they are cheaper here than most vets, but you get what you pay for - and we lost a dog.

I had a stray girl who we’d just found out was pregnant at 8mo old. CWL was able to get me in immediately for an emergency spay and kept in contact with me the entire time. They were super friendly and accommodating, keeping me updated during her procedure. Very reasonably priced as well. Pepper is now 2 years old and getting this procedure done quickly potentially saved her life because she was so young and malnourished when we took her in, vet said it was likely none of them would have made it if she’d had to give birth.

Very friendly and caring. No waiting they got the informations and gave her the shots and and scheduled for spay all in about 15 mins. Very good service.

The clinic staff are friendly, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. The clinic was quiet, decorated nicely and easy to find. Volunteers are always needed. They are encouraged to show up on Wednesday’s to complete paperwork and training. Since clinics are run on donations only-monetary donations, pet food and various supplies ARE always needed.

Took awesome care of my female German Shepherd. Took her in to get spayed because vet was too expensive. Also got her microchipped, a puppy tooth pulled, nails trimmed, etc. for a lot less $ than just the spay would have cost at the vet.
