This is a very good hotel. They have done and may still be doing some upgrades to the property. The location is good just south of the bypass.

The staff at night were very rude. We stayed 3 nights in this place and for some reason all the lights would flicker on and off while eventually staying off for hours at a time. There was a very high frequency during calls on our cell phones while inside our room. This is only one of the many reasons that led us to believe that there was indeed a spy camera in our room. With no doubt indeed my fiance and I are 100% for certain that we were most definitely being watched closely in our room. I was able to find 2 cameras in our room with 1 being hidden inside the smoke alarm and the other being hidden in a wall outlet and both facing the bed. YEAH FOLKS IM VERY SERIOUS. One of the employees from the desk even made a comment about something intimate between my fiance and I witch completely blowed my mind. I guess they had already known that I found their cameras so that was their way of being a smart a** about it. Do not recommend this place at all and they should be prosecuted for their violation of privacy.

The only reason I gave 1 star was because the front desk was amazing, the Room was absolutely disgusting, there were BIG roaches by the sink and little ones in the bathroom. I don’t recommend staying here unless you like to sleep with roaches ?? The only good thing about this experience was Bethany at the front desk! She was so sweet, understanding and quick to give us a refund when asked for one!

The Rooms where extra clean !! They have a housekeeper their Kaitlyns her name she goes above an beyond just so friendly and so helpful she'll go outta her way to make sure that they guest are comfortable Clarion Point take care of this young lady she is truly you most valuable employee thank you

Definitely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We needed a place to stay for the weekend for a wedding I was in and this hotel had roaches coming out of every corner in our room, ranging from big to small. Not only that, there was blood or something strange on one of my sons pillow cases. GROSS. (We set the pillow outside of the room) THENNN, on multiple nights someone in the next room was blasting music at like 4am-7am. I was baffled. Any way I will never stay here ever again. I could’ve gone to the front desk about all these issues but what were they really going to do? Probably nothing. We were even tempted to find another hotel but we roughed it out because we were only here for 3 days, thank god. Any way, DO NOT STAY HERE unless you wanna sleep with roaches so glad we’re leaving today!

It was a spacious room, however the bathroom floor wasn't clean the floor had dirt and debris on it. The bed was ok. The whirlpool tub looked like it was from 1960, in our room the roof had a huge patch in it, lots of rust on faucets. Customer service was horrible, we got there a little early before check in time and the lady at the front desk gave us an attitude and told us there was an early check in cost and just told us our room wasn't ready without even checking. Wasn't worth the cost we paid.

Great value! The rooms were very clean and updated. The shower pressure was great. Ellen does a great job at the front desk and breakfast area along with the rest of her responsibilities. She was very friendly and pleasure to talk to! We enjoyed our stay!

Initially was going to stay for one day, ended up staying for 4. Veronica was very professional and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to accommodate and we greatly appreciate her and will definitely return when in the area. Thanks again. Room was clean, ladies were all pleasant. Also enjoyed the gym and the grab and go breakfast was awesome as well.Rooms: The room was clean and very comfortableSafety: Felt safe with the security and front desk attendants.

Breakfast was yummy very clean hotel comfortable beds staff was great very friendly stay two nights stayed here 5 years ago a big difference everything's was updated I would stay here

Staff were friendly, and hotel was clean. That being said, there were some aesthetic issues. The shower door would not stay closed, and kept rolling open. There were obvious spots where there were drapes and towel bars where the hotel didn't clean up and paint over. Sprinkler heads were missing their caps, and so there were three grungy holes in the ceiling. Worst thing was that we had to stop using our hot tub because it was leaking through the drywall in the suite below. Some simple things need attention, otherwise a nice hotel.

Stopped to stay the night in the middle of a 12 hour drive I had to do. The hotel looks really good. Great for the price.For some reason my air conditioner sounded like there were hurricane force winds outside??? Luckily, I enjoy a little noise while I sleep. All in all, I slept good and the breakfast was yummy. I would stay here again!Staff was very nice.
