Morgan is the best property manager!! She is always has bright and sunny personality. Personally she has helped me with forms that are required of me as a representative for another person.

I don't understand all these bad reviews, I lived there for a year, from 2018 to 2019 and I never had a problem with the lady in the office, she was always nice and helpful to me. Also, one person mentioned about paying $650 for rent, I had a 2 bedroom, very nice apartment for less than $500 a month, maybe it's based on how much a person makes. And another thing, I never had any issues with bugs, they came by and sprayed regularly. I'm hoping to move back to Harrodsburg, KY by next spring or summer, and I hope that I can get another apartment there, I wished I had never left!

I lived here years ago.. and the manager is awful.. refused to hire another maintenance person to help the poor guy that worked by himself. She helped herself into our apartment anytime she wanted with or without notice and when i left my bf of that time I went to her to explain the situation and asked if there was any paperwork to be signed so I could leave without worrying down the line she said no paperwork she would just transfer everything to him and I left.... a couple years later and now she is trying to sue me for unpaid rent, damage and cleanup they did after I left... her lawyer who is in Georgia says that there indeed was paperwork i had to sign and now expects me to pay the $1,500+ she lied when I lived there and she lied when I moved out she is awful

If I could give it no stars I would.. This place is horrible.. Seriously don't rent from them.. They can never get anything repaired quickly, the manager is horrible at her job and when I left they weren't doing monthly inspections/bug spray so if you have nasty neighbors, you've got their bugs.. I had to go 3 weeks one summer without air conditioning because they thought the thermostat was messed up.. My electric bill doubled that month because the unit wouldn't shut off.. They finally fixed it but never gave me a window unit or offered me any kind of help in that time.. 90° indoors is not fun by any means, much less your own home.. Then the winter before I left I had to go a week and a half without hot water after my water heater went out.. I asked if there was any way they could help me out like me staying somewhere with hot water so I wasn't taking cold showers while ice was on the ground and they didn't classify that as an emergency so they wouldn't.. The manager was recording my calls without even telling me and sending them to her supervisor because I flat out told her she wasn't doing their job.. I had to constantly call winterwood when snow hit because they wouldn't get anyone to salt and plow up there.. When they do they don't do the sidewalks which is very dangerous considering a lot of the tenants in the front are older.. I couldn't get to my apartment for 2 days one winter and the only reason they plowed then was because I told them I'd have someone come out and do it and they'd have to pay me back.. They need to have someone else run that place.. Rent is way too expensive for what they offer.. $650 for a one bedroom and no hook ups? I ended up getting a trailer with all appliances included and 2 bedrooms for $550 rent to own..
