Rewards program. Owner declined to allow lumber to use discount. Waited on a project to use Rewards. Went intal allow o store a week before. And talk about Rewards. No mention that lumber was not allowed. Put my purchases back went to Danville. James Robinson

Very friendly employees and helpful. Brought a chainsaw the gentleman wait on me took it out the box so I could see if I could handle it. Another one asked if I need help to the car. Couldn't asked for better sevice.

Every employee at this Ace is always wonderful! I popped in to the Outdoor Power shop to get a chainsaw last minute after a windstorm, and Deryck was informative, professional, and efficient. Great experience, as always!
