Service mgr in Harlan Ky. Is stuck up. Thinks he knows everything. Won’t listen. Turns his back walks away. Would not recommend this place to anyone Have a problem with a S100 mower deck belt. Told me bring mower leave 3 weeks might be able to check it. Tried to show him video of belt thrashing it has much slack in It. New mower only 6 hrs on it I’ll Never buy another Deere product. Have bought 2 of these in past 6 weeks. Got one for my son. I’m sure it’ll do the same thing. Looks like PTO cable has stretched. Ask for a warranty replacement. I’ll put it on But he denied that.

The best place to buy John Deere or Stihl. If I lived in Knoxville, Tn or Lexington, ky I'd still make the drive to Harlan,ky to Meade. Best deals! Most knowledgeable Sales Reps and Mechanics. 10 stars
