Eric Creech went above, and beyond to get me in a car, and wouldn’t even let me take it without fixing the AC first, and offering a rental if service was delayed. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone, I am beyond grateful for the time, patience, and kindness this place has shown me!

I don't know what we would do without the gents at Creech. Our car was making popping noise from the rear end, and they got us right in. The mechanics were able to look at it, and we have an appointment next week. Professionalism and thoroughness are what keep us coming back, and we tell everyone to bring their vehicles there.

Terrible service department can't do warranty work I later found out they just tow your vehicle to falls Chevrolet in Corbin and charge you more than you would have paid to tow to Corbin and service there yourself. Complete frauds don't have real certified technicians don't let them do anything

My Chevy S-10 pick up has its oil changed here. I plan to get it changed tomorrow. Service managers know my truck. They also do a safety check, which includes fluids, brakes and tires. I have a noise that sounds like I have mud and snow tires on, which I don't. Dwight Creech will know.

When we made the deal on a used Chevy there was an issue with the a/c. The dealer said he'd guaranty it and get it fixed. It went to their shop, but didn't get fixed. This all happened when my truck bit the dust and I was stuck with no way to return home in Dayton.Then I was told I could take it to a repair shop and that Creech would pay to get it fixed. Now he's telling me I have to drive to Harlan to get it repaired.
