Booked a oil change last week for today showed up for appointment, just to be told we don't do on line appointments anymore, the take your sight down wasted 1.5 hours for nothing.

Terrible service department can't do warranty work I later found out they just tow your vehicle to falls Chevrolet in Corbin and charge you more than you would have paid to tow to Corbin and service there yourself. Complete frauds don't have real certified technicians don't let them do anything
