“My brother was looking for a later model used vehicle that was solid, dependable, reliable with relatively low mileage.He found just what he was looking for with Grissom Used Cars.He had a 2020 Ford SUV that was loaded & priced to roll. This vehicle looked immaculate as if it had just rolled off the assembly line.We were approached by a man named Joey who asked my brother what he was looking for. They exchanged formalities and got down to business.While they talked I inspected the SUV..it was diamond white with a 4 cylinder engine and had all the bells and whistles being the top of the line in it's class that is made by Ford.Uh- oh I thought as I noticed the rear quarter panel and rear door on the passenger side had been repainted. As I stood there pondering the situation I thought it might not be a bad idea to check inside that area too. When I did I noticed some other anomalies as well..hmmmmm.As I mulled over these discoveries in my mind I wondered if Joey might be forthcoming with my brother about my findings.I said nothing as of yet but I soon found out Joey was very upfront, honest & forthcoming about what had happened to the vehicle .Folks most used car salesmen are people I wouldn't give the time of day to but my brother & I liked Joey as he gave a detailed history of the vehicle. Needless to say we liked what we heard.New that SUV is right at $28 k brand new and this vehicle was priced to move it had less than 12 k miles on it.I'm not going to say how much my brother paid but like I said previously Joey had this one priced to roll. They talked back and forth until they reached a price both of them felt they could live with and my brother bought that diamond white SUV..Thanks Joey for your honesty, integrity and truthfulness. This us a quality SORELY LACKING in almost every used car salesmen my brother or I have encountered.We're really glad to have done business with you!!
