So my phone was not letting me access to some of my apps to make purchases (Ky Lottery) continued saying I was out of the location area and was showing Indiana. I took my phone in…. Now mind you no one has ever been able to help with this issue and I have spent a lot of time on trying to figure it out….. walked in met Gabbie! Was she an Angel. She worked around with the phone and within minutes had it fixed. I was so grateful for her. She deserves big time recognition for her outstanding customer service skills and having patience and not giving up. This review has been awhile back, but please make sure she is recognized. Being the person she is, will say that’s not necessary, but most definitely deserves the shout out for this store. She knows her stuff. Thank you Gabbie for doing what others could not .

Only been in there, twice, but the people were outstanding. They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock, but ordered it and got it in three days. Got the upgrade done and phone set up, very quickly. Less than 30 mins.

I went there having problems transferring my info to a new phone. I was so frustrated and I was greeted right away by 2 ladies. Sat down and Was immediately taken care of. I was out of there in about 30minutes! It was so different and way nicer then the Leitchfield office were I wasn’t even seated and they were talking $$. What a difference in customer service! Harnedsburg cares for the customer!!!

Horrible!! Run from them, they have lied from the start. I purchased Business internet service thru them was told $59.00 dollars per month for 300 gigabytes of service; got my bill was charged almost $500.00 because of overages had been put on a plan with only 20 gigs of data then $5.00 per gig after that. Went to store spoke with them hoping it was just an honest mistake was told that they would fix the problem, well that did not happen just opened my bill , NO CORRECTIONS on amount owed and now the "plan" is $103.93 per month.Have been on the phone and on hole with Verizon for the last 45 minutes, the Rep has been super nice have no problem with Verizon but Russell Cellular I would not believe anything they say nor trust them as far as I could throw that building.AGAIN BEWARE!!!

Very unimpressed with the quality of service offered. The staff is undereducated on the products plans and services, they also lack basic customer courtesy. Your 3rd party fee for “Setup and Success” is worthless when your associates don’t actually setup people for success! Also, please stop calling this fee an activation fee. You’re Russell cellular, not Verizon. The activation fee is on my bill, not a fee I pay day 1 before leaving. You all need to be more versed in the language outlined in current promotions and deals, this knowledge feels incredibly lacking. I would also appreciate it if some of the associates in here would check their attitudes at the door. I’m sorry some of your customers get frustrated, but based off my experience it’s issues caused by these highly ineffective and untrained people you call a staff. I will never do business with Russell cellular. My Verizon purchases and upgrades will be made completely online, on the app, or with a corporate store.

They need more help it’s rather ridiculous that you can’t get a hold of anyone on a phone. I get that they are busy but they are drowning in there and need some help and the mailbox is full you can’t even leave a voicemail if you wanted and if you go in plan on being there for a couple hours waiting. Again not judging the people in there but they definitely need help.

Had to wait 3 hours to get a Sim card and have it activated. The merge from bluegrass mobile to Verizon didn't go as planned. Couldn't receive my phone calls for 18 days. Needed phone for doctors and nurses to call. Didn't get any credit for loss of phone usage
