I hate to leave such a negative review after having been a customer here for years, but today was the end of my patience with this business. Absurdly long wait times aside (todays was 42 minutes to pick up medication that has been called in since early this afternoon.. it’s nearly 6pm now), despite it being brought to their staffs attention on multiple occasions, they have consistently forgotten a medication I receive monthly. In this instance, I had already waited 42 minutes, and then I was asked to pull around and wait once again. Due to the consistent drop in service and continued ridiculous wait times, I will find another pharmacy next month.

They are always so helpful every time i come by. They always have my meds ready when I get there. Everyone seems to be nice and helpful that wait on me especially kind Geneva and that sweet Charlie. Sara was such a help when I needed a bed for my late husband. You all will always be my drug store.
