“Dare I say it, BB's auto made a flat tire convenient! A flat tire is always unexpected and left me and my infant daughter stranded right outside this repair shop. My husband came and swapped out cars with me so we could get home and while he was changing the tire to the spare to just get our jeep home so we could take it in during the week (did I mention this all happened on a Sunday), Bryan was driving by, changed the tire for my husband, gave him a lift back home after he dropped the jeep off at the shop, and by Tuesday morning we had 4 new tires, a spare, the sensors that have never worked on my jeep were fixed, AND my breaks replaced since they were getting a little worn. Great service, great people, timely turnaround, competitive pricing.”

“Called to get my car repaired after I had an accident on 12/19. This was a week after the tornadoes had devastated the area, so getting a vehicle in to be repaired was not easy. They in turn have had some difficulties in locating all of the parts to repair my vehicle. Will add photos of completed work when I get my Edge back.”
“Fantastic experience. Could not have gone better.I sent a message on Facebook, it was answered that same day. I had an appointment booked in 2 days. I asked when, so I could take off work, Chris said "no need, I can come pick it up and drop it back off". That's customer service.He gave me updates as he did a diagnostic. He found that it was a more simple fix than what we initially thought.... he did not price gouge or try to fix things that didn't need fixing. He did not charge me a silly hourly rate. It was about 1/3 of the price I thought I would pay, and what some places definitely would charge.Very transparent, very accommodating, explained things well and delivered my truck working better than ever hours later. Highly recommend, and would, and will, use him again for any future repairs or maintenance!”

“I have done business with Tire Plasa before. Getting a full new set of tires. But this time just needed a bad tire taken off of a rim and a used tire that I brought with me put on it .The gentleman at the front desk told me it may an hour wait. “Great experience. Happy with price and my service was fairly fast for an oil change (around 25 minutes). Thanks for the free water in the waiting room. Wish they can check tires pressure and other things like Walmart does but still great experience. Walmart doesn’t offer free water in their waiting room lol”

“Took my 2004 Ford Tarus in to Danny’s to fix the heater. Just got the car this summer and the AC worked found out there was no heat a few days ago. Dropped it off on Tuesday was ready by noon on Wednesday- heater was fixed as promised- reasonable price. Excellent service Danny Thank you!”

“Wow, what an experience! I am so thankful for the blast from the past. A " full service " gas station, ladies and gentlemen with cool lights to. I don't remember the Route 64 days, but I do remember what it was like to go out for a drive on sundays. Memories from the past alongside quality service from the #1, an only station of its kind in the western Kentucky area. Kid friendly with soft serve ice cream , dip coffee, and breakfast in the morning. Had to be much different times when stations like this were on every corner. Where have we all gotten to so fast. Currently, under new ownership, I admire your drive to keep this age-old tradition going, showing humility and spreading kindness. Here visiting, traveling through or everyday local, stop in a for a once in a life time experience an help this place to keep the memories of our country past.”

“My mom and I had been shopping for cars for two days and we decided to check out David Taylor in Murray, Ky. A very nice man, Shayne, came right up and helped us. We drove a few cars and he actually rode with us. We had such a great time, he cut up with us and was just a down to earth guy. We never felt pressured or like we were being talked into anything.
