Brought my Kawasaki mule (i purchased used elsewhere) in for servicing. Excellent service. They were happy to see me and did a great job. They also performed several factory recall repairs. Very happy and will definitely be returning for future servicing.

Sold me a bolt that looked old compared to the one I had to get the next day somewhere else because the threads were messed up and wouldn't allow the nut to even start on the bolt. Partially my fault for not thoroughly inspecting it and just assuming it was unused and the threads weren't messed up...

Stuck up people! order a part and was told it be a week 2 weeks later i had to call to find out my parts was on back order! Most expensive place yet ive been as well for atvs!

I took my 1996 Virago to Carter’s. My husband picked the motorcycle up after it was at the shop for about two months. The motorcycle still wasn’t running right and the mechanic admitted it wasn’t running right. I was charged nearly $700 for services that didn’t fix the motorcycle. I posted the motorcycle for sale on Marketplace. I was embarrassed that the guy that came to buy the motorcycle had to show me that only one carburetor was running after driving 1.5 hours and renting a U-hale. The mechanic at Carter’s never mentioned only one carburetor running. I will never go back to Carter’s or recommend maintenance work at this business.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people that practiced social distancing and mask wearing. I bought my side x side and Mrs. Carter had most of the paperwork done by the time I arrived. Mr. Carter pointed out the particulars and I was on my way!!!
