“Matt McWhirter is AMAZING! Matt McWhirter is just amazing! We just had the best experience EVER purchasing our 4th home on a VA loan!. We started looking in Clarksville two and a half years ago and ran into so many issues from construction problems, being out bid by thousands in this new market and many other issues over the 2.5 years. Living in Florida created many issues as well trying to buy out of state site unseen. Through it all Matt and our realtor Sarah Rumsey from Keller Williams stuck with us through all of our frustrations. They helped get our inspection done by honest contractors that cared and not just rubber stamp the house. Not once did they complain about all of the craziness.
