“I went in to use their OBD scanner for my check engine light. When they told me what part I was going to need, I asked if it was an easy fix. The cashier asked Ken, who was coming back from what seemed to be his lunch, went above and beyond to show me where exactly on my car it was located and how to fix it. He also spotted a broken hose on my car that could cause future damage to my car (an easy 2 dollar part there). These guys are exactly who you go to for all your needs! Couldn't be any more happy.

“Super nice people. I called several shops if they can order and fix excel sterling spring but they said it will take them 2 -3 days to get truck in and order parts. So i found this shop and called them to see if they can order parts and how long it will take. They told me parts can get here next day and we can work on a truck soon as parts will arrive. Parts arrived earlier then expected and they fixed it with no problem . Happy we chose this shop.”

“Was told to expect a 3+ hour wait for 1 tire. When I came in the lady at the desk asked to see the tire in question. Suggested they do a plug instead of trying to upsale a whole tire (plus fees.) When it came my turn for repair, I was called to ask if I had roadside hazard warranty. I didn’t, but the whole experience was great. 3+ turned into me only waiting about 1 1/2. Amazing front desk folks and the techs in the back making this seamless.Service: Tires”

“We were driving home from Nashville with our 2 year old at 5 am on a Sunday after my grandfather's funeral. We ran over a screw causing us to get a flat tire. We showed up to the Clarksville Walmart with our tire at 7 am and they got us right in. We appreciated that they realized the urgency, as we had an 11 hour drive home. They had us out in 20 minutes.”

“I would if gave it a 5 star but my wife and I had go pull are own part ( which wasn't bad ,but the Rigamarow we had to go through to get itBy the way tail light, the guy who was at the desk was really Cool (ok nice ) he Said he usally pulling parts but he had to fill in for the one runs the front desk and the other guy was running the front loader so yeah. To me that was the only downside to this, Weelll that and to drive extra to get it but luckily we were sorta kinda in the neighborhoodSo give them support it ya need a part Call Tommy's✌️?❤️ peace and love y'all”
