Inconsistent package and mail delivery times. Package I have went out for delivery from the Greenville office at 9 am and went back to the office at night. Paid extra for the shipping too from Amazon.

Can not talk to a real person!! I need to let someone to deliver my mail at my new address !!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. They have refused to deliver my mail for 6 months. I have talked to them, and asked them what is going on and all they say is "It looks like no one lives there." I have had bills disconnected because of this. Terrible.
