My wife has multiple prescriptions filled monthly at this location, and has had them filled here for months. There has not been one single time her prescriptions have been called in to be refilled that they have been ready for pick-up on arrival. Today, I went in to pick her prescriptions up, and two of them were still waiting to be filled. I was told if I could wait, they would go ahead and fill them. I informed the lady who waited on me I would return in an hour to pick them up and left to finish some other errands. I took longer than expected to get back to Poole's, a little over two hours. Upon returning, I was informed the two that were not filled when I first stopped in were still not filled. So, guess who still ended up waiting for them to be filled.I asked to speak with the pharmacist as to why I still had to wait, and she did a fantastic job of providing excuse after excuse as to why they were not yet filled. I understand they are busy, and their jobs are rather tedious, but come on. When someone says they will return rather than wait and still ends up waiting upon returning, it becomes a bit unacceptable.While I prefer to keep my business local, my wife and I will be seeking another pharmacy to fill our needs. I refuse to give business to anyone who operates in this manner.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and years and have been completely happy until lately. Seems they’re getting too big for their own good and customers are no longer important. It’s has me absolutely heated and searching for a new pharmacy. I’ve been on the same meds for years and years. Suddenly, it’s like pulling teeth to get my meds filled. And it’s excuse after excuse. I’ve still yet to get all my needed meds this month. I’ve called so many times I gave up. I’ve been made to feel like a drugy calling about me meds. Like seriously? It’s a disgrace. People should not have to beg and beg to get their prescriptions filled. It truly is a shame. I use to brag on them all the time now I direct everyone else where. You’ve lost a dedicated customer. Get your act together.

The Service here from Pooles Pharmacy Care in Greenville Kentucky,gets ⭐⭐⭐ from me because I wish that they we're open alittle later through the weekdays and or at least open until noon or 1pm on Sundays!.I've been without my medicine since last Thursday and it has been one of the hardest times this year so far!.Which I will say that,The Workers Are Truly Generous, Sweet & Very Patient With All The Customer's!.The Pharmacist is Also Generous, Kind, Sweet & Will Help You on Any Information Needed if Your Doctor Happens to Start You on A New Medication!.

I have made excuses, and tried for 2 years to overlook the incompetence, and the nasty attitudes of the older lady's that are employed at Pooles Pharmacy in Greenville. Not friendly or accurate. Cant count on them, or the pharmacists to even do what other pharmacies do, without a prior set up, without asking. I will be switching to Walgreens. This is unacceptable for those who are unwell with chronic conditions.

My daughter has a 5yr old who needs specific formulated medicine that has to be picked up weekly in pre dosed amounts because too much is very harmful. 3 times so far it’s not been ready for pickup even though she has it on auto fill and twice now they have put twice the amount she was prescribed into the syringe! These people are going to Kill Someone with their Negligence!!!Beware! If you can go somewhere else....GO!Clearly they either don’t know what they are doing or just don’t care. It’s sad.

We noticed this pharmacy located on the corner had a lunch counter so we decided to stop here for a light lunch. They hadSelection of wraps sandwiches and salads. We had a chicken salad which was served on a croissant and it was very good. They also had ice cream which looks very good but we did not sample that The pharmacy was very modern looking and well organized. The pharmacy staff seem very busy behind the counter filling prescriptions they have a drive up window too. They have other locations of this pharmacy
