Terrible! Misleading advertising, attitudes from the older male employees, and unwillingness to negotiate.

Where do I start? One of the most expensive and horrible experiences with a dealership to date. I take my Chevrolet 2500 to Chevrolet dealerships so I know it's done right. So I had a code pop up on my dash and after it done it two days in a row I called and set up to take my truck in and have some trouble shooting done and have it fixed. So the service manager told me that it would be Monday before he could get a tech to check it out and bare in mind it's Thursday evening when I turn my keys over to them and they proudly sent me next door to their car/truck rental. So I'm thinking ok 5 days no biggy on the rental. So Monday rolls around and no call back about my truck so I call them and now is when the fun begins. I was told Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every time I called about my truck well let me find out what's going on and I'll call you back in a few minutes and so that call back never happened. And in their defense they had techs out with Covid so I was sympathetic to those dealing with that. But after 14 total days total of getting the run around I finally get the two hour job done to my truck and turn the rental in and got hit with the total bill all together was 1800 dollars for a two hour job that took 14 days. So I asked the service manager is there anything you can do since I has this rental 9 days over expected time and he says no it's not his department. So I asked the rental department and they said there's nothing they can do about it so I got directed to the main service director and it's the same scenario with him "there's nothing I can do" So bottom line if you have a lot of extra time and bottomless pockets this is the place to go. But if your like me always on the move traveling for work and don't have time for smug attitudes and excuses I suggest you find some place else to take your vehicle. One star is generous.

I will preface this review by stating that I had already received multiple warnings from close friends and other members of the community telling me not to take my vehicle to Pogue for anything. They were right. On 8/20/21 I took my vehicle to the Chevrolet service department. I had requested to have the coolant replaced and the transmission filter replaced. Simple service. After leaving, I received a call stating that I had two glow plugs going bad and they offered to replace them. I agreed to have all 8 glow plugs replaced. This was the last I heard.Around 3:30pm I called them to check the status of my vehicle and see if it was ready to be picked up. At this time they informed me that they had broke two glow plugs during their replacement. This left me with minimal time to arrange a rental vehicle and retrieve my belongings from my vehicle for work the next few days. I was told that it would be 5 days to have my vehicle returned to me.The following week when I contacted Pogue’s service department to pick up my vehicle, I was told they were still awaiting parts to be shipped to them and it would be another couple days. For the next few weeks, I was consistently told about issues with employees not coming to work or doing the jobs they were supposed to. I was told me truck wouldn’t be ready for pickup on 9/13/21, which was 25 days after I took it in for a same day service. When I arrived this date to pick it up, my truck was still not ready. In fact, the cab of the vehicle was completely removed and the engine was still tore apart. I was told there was about 10 hours of labor remaining. I had to go out of town the following date and would not be back until 9/18/21. I called on 9/17/21 to check the status of my vehicle, and was told that it was still not finished, but should be done the next day.On 9/18/21, I finally received a call in the morning stating that my vehicle was almost ready to be picked up, and that afternoon I could come get it. Throughout this entire progress, I was told that the dealership would be covering the entire expense of my rental vehicle($80/day x 30 days = $2,400).When I returned the vehicle to D&P Auto Sales, they stated that I would only be covered for 7 days of rental, and I would be responsible for the remaining balance($1,840). At this time, they did not make me pay the balance, however they would not return the $508 that I had already paid towards the rental. The exchange between D&P and Pogue services did not result in any progress, and I was told I have have to wait until Jerry Pogue could be contacted to resolve this issueTLDR; Do not take your vehicle to Pogue for anything. They botched what wasn’t even the original service and left me without my vehicle for 30 days, and now are leaving me with the expense of a rental that was needed due to their fault.

Offered me top dollar for my vehicle, beating local and online dealerships and greatly assisted in me ordering my dream vehicle! ALL of the staff was very friendly, front desk, salesmen, all the way down to the lady driving the shuttle! They forever have my business! Thanks Pogue!

Horrible that’s why they give car wash tokens because they can’t do anything right and they leave your car nasty. The service manager is a liar that’s all they do. Because they don’t know how to fix anything right beware stay away…..also jerry Pogue will not return any calls that’s funny they mess your car up and can’t call you back.

If I could give it no stars I would, my husband brought his truck here to get serviced, we spent 7,000 to get what he needed to it done, not only did they NOT know the difference between a normal 1500 and a 1500HD after being explained why they're different and even knowing they had to put 2500 parts on the truck, they STILL put the wrong parts on the truck. Depending on who you talk to it seems they pick and choose who to be good with. I wouldn't recommend pogue to anyone.
