John is likely one of the last honest mechanics! I was prepared for front and back rotors and brakes. John and his assistant diagnosed back rotors and brakes just dirty. Cleaned them up, changed out front, had me on the road within an hour! Labor didn't break me either, gave me a receipt for the parts. I am now a lifer with tru-align. I love having a dependable used car. With John, I can keep it on the road, no car payment, back to reliable! Thank you to Tru-align, if anything goes wrong, or needs an update, I have somewhere I can go. Priceless.

Took our camaro to tru-align for brake work after hearing my great things about John. He did not disappoint. Very honest and outstanding work, at an affordable price. John is top notch and now has my business for life. You will not be able to find a mechanic that comes close to stacking up to Tru-Align! 5 stars all the way around.

When I called to have my oil changed locally in my vehicle, which needed to be from an ASE certified mechanic, they turned me away. He said he doesnt do that and doesnt want to get into something like that?

If they don’t make a mistake they’re great..if they mess something up, don’t expect them to fix it. They just try to divert the problem to something else. They turned my rotors, and after I had a horrible noise, took it back to them, he said it was everything from a cylinder to the transmission and barely even looked at it. Took it to the dealer, there was a pin in my caliper that they did not adjust right. So it ended up costing me another $110 for them to fix it. When I called tru align back to tell them what was wrong he immediately starting saying oh that’s not possible those pins don’t need adjusting and they probably just greased them. I was not wanting any money back from him but wanted to tell him so maybe the next person wouldn’t have to go through the same thing. Needless to say I gave him an ear full. When you own a business you should at least try to fix your wrongs. I’m sure it was an honest mistake but the way he handled it was completely asinine!!!! No more business from my husband and I or any of our family.Service: Brakes

He has always treated me with respect he works on my vehicles and some of my family vehicles his pricing is reasonable normally its by the job not an hourly rate.Service: Brakes

Over the years has been a “go to” guy for me.Friendly. Reasonable rates. No Slicky Boy talk or up-selling with Indian John.He’s checked out my ride, recommended a repair and wouldn’t charge me for the diagnostic time even though I offered it.Advice was free and always treated me like “down home” folks.

We were out of town on a business trip when our mini van steering went out!! We could not drive far and happened to be with in 10 miles of Tru-Align. So we stopped and they quit what they were doing, looked at the van, ordered a new harmonic balancer, installed it, and had us back on the road in 1 hour! It was amazing! The van runs great and we are thankful to the Lord for their quick help!!

They were able to balance my tires when little sandy couldn’t do it after 3 times. Little sandy claimed my tires were just going to be out of balance because my car is 9 years old. I went down the street to Tru Align and it drives sooo smooth now!

Came here almost in tears after little sandy messed up my tires and told me my car was just going to vibrate when I drive it. 30 minutes later I walked away way calmer and with a car that drives as smooth as the day it was made.
