Didn't stay- just made it a stop along the way. Gorgeous ? I would stay a couple nights there at the lodge for sure. It's older but perfect for the feel.

Used the park and lodge for our 30 year class reunion and could not have been more pleased! Our server, Whitnie, took fantastic care of everyone and the facility was very nice and clean. I highly recommend this hidden gem for family gatherings and get togethers.

This is the trail system I've been looking for! Amazing running trails ranging from 6 to 15 1/2 miles long depending on the route. Well marked trails. Moderate to difficult with good elevation changes. Water views and amazing wildlife. Open 24 hours for night runs. Clean restrooms! Well lit and safe parking! Mtb trails! Perfect place to SUP! I'm in love with this place!
Safety: Super friendly and dedicated park ranger on patrol. Well lit parking lots
Noteworthy details: Long well marked running trails also open to Mountain bikes

My family had a family reunion this past weekend at the Jesse Stuart Lodge in Green Lake State Park. I was the one who did the grunt work leading up to the reunion – coordinated group rates and contracted with the lodge, etc. The staff at the lodge was exceptionally helpful in the process, answering any questions I had at different times throughout the prep process.
The stay itself was wonderful! We reserved a conference room for a central meeting point and simply had a wonderful time. The rooms were well kept. The views were gorgeous. The Lodge itself is well managed.
I highly recommend this facility for future family reunions!
Walkability: The state park roads are not terribly “Walker friendly“. The roads are windy and in spots have very Little room to walk with car traffic. But gorgeous views.
