We have been taking our animals here for the past year and always have a great experience. Had our 2 cats and 1 of our dogs neutered and they recovered quickly and the prices are very reasonable. Emergency situations have been the same with short notice and quick diagnosis. We always recommend to our friends and family.

We just temporarily moved here from FL and this morning my 9 months old Bracco Italiano woke up very lethargic and uneasy on his feet. I knew something was not right. I called The Animal Clinic after a quick google of vets in the area. I called at 7:30am and they saw me at 7:50am! The service and the care of the Doctor and staff was amazing! He assured me if Virgil was not feeling better he would see him again right away and run some test and in the mean time he administered antibiotics to get him back on his feet. Not to mention they were great with my two year old son who ask a million questions! 10 out of 10! Thank you!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Dr. Shuffett literally left Church Wednesday to meet me at his office to see my dying cat. He made one of the worst experiences of my life bearable because I could feel his love for animals and knew my sweet kitty was comfortable with him. He helped me make a hard decision and showed such compassion and empathy. The office staff has also been amazing this past week, from my initial visit to phone calls making arrangements. I will never take my kitties to anyone else!

Dr. Shuffett is the best. He is very thorough with his exams and explains everything so its not hard to understand. I recommend him for your furbabies.

This vet seriously needs to retire. So does the secretary. Seriously did not handle my fur baby well, at all! Terrible practices and overall awful experience. I tell everyone I know to not go here. Took my dog in to have a knot removed, they did removals of other knots I was unaware of and left the one I had him there for! Had blood work supposedly done, said he was all good. Took my dog to etown vet a few weeks later and they did actual blood work and found he had advanced stomach cancer. This has been the WORST vet I've ever experienced. Don't go. They'll take money and do nothing they say they'll do!

The best vet ever! I Called so many others and they couldn’t because it was The Weekend and I didn’t have an appointment but as soon as I called them they let me come straight in and took care of him immediately! Love love love them and appreciate it so much!!!

12 years later I can honestly say Dr.Mike and his staff are the best there is. Lowest prices, best care, most knowledgeable, and ALWAYS answer all your questions. We have used them for our small animals and large alike; show horses, cows, pets, etc. The staff has helped us manage a broken jaw on a horse, eye injuries, infections, cancer, brain tumors….. big or small they do it all. Cannot recommend them enough!

I took my baby to the vet yesterday morning to drop her off and get spayed. I called around 1 to see if I could pick her up, the lady at the front said she was doing fine. We got there to pick her up and the dr told me to come back and told me she was dead. They said they didn’t know what had happened. The looks of it she had been laying there for a good 45 minutes to and hour dead, her body was already stiff and cold. All she went in for was to get spayed. I’ve never had problems with them since now. I dont recommend them at all.
