Stay away from this pitiful excuse for a business they try sell you a vehicle with a so called (warranty) and then when you have issues come up with wel it doesn’t cover this when paperwork clearly says it does. They are a bunch of lying thieves don’t waste your money

Buyer beware, purchased a used vehicle w/ a warranty and free oil changes sounds great until the service department are a bunch crooked thieves, maybe that’s the only way the dealership can make money. Don’t buy a vehicle and definitely don’t take anything to the service department. Most moral-less people I have ever encountered…read the other reviews! I’ve had my Jeep 10 months and they say my transmission has a crack in it and I need an entire new one for $5000. When in-fact my transmission does not have a crack it’s just leaking from the pan (which has been doing it since we bought it) showed pictures, and talked to managers they want our money and that’s it. Even with having a warranty and free oil changes, we will not be taking, buying (after buying 2) any vehicles from them again you cannot trust them!

This dealership is worth driving to from anywhere in the country! Me and my family was in need of 2 vehicles at the time. When we arrived, the entire staff was attentive, professional, and exceptionally friendly and nice, treating us as if they've known us for years. Add-in the sales team and managers all took their time to ask how you was doing and say a quick hello when passing, no matter how busy the place was, making you feel so appreciated!
Our salesmen, Mike and Gary, made the buying experience effortless, selling us two brand new cars, with no bogus fees or addon charges or jumping through hoops like other dealerships for an imaginary discount for being a "Frog Catcher". What their prices show is what you're getting! Their trade in offers is spot on with online data you'd get too. Top it off with the finance sales team being visible from any office your in, you can see them working effortlessly on your deal with the banks and your salesman, just adding into the comfort of knowing they're focused on your buying experience and not feeling left out of any of the process.
Finally, I can't rave enough about the final finance papers and signing. No last minute shocking fees, amazing extended warranties for new and used vehicles within anyone's budget, honesty if you really need it or not without upselling pressure, and so well detailed and explained with any questions you may have before signing the dotted line. The purchase went so well, we've purchased another Truck 2 weeks later from them and sent two family members to purchase this month as well, all who would give the same astonishing review that we have!
Thank you again Pure Country and the entire staff at the Grayson, KY location for treating us so well! We can't wait to purchase again when the times right!
