I purchased a Jeep from here in 2021. Sold it in 2022 and they have yet to refund my gap insurance. Called, emails sent, and nothing. They asked for proof that it was sold with the mileage. That was sent and then no return emails or anything. Horrible. My Dad bought a vehicle from their Chevy location and they refunded his gap a few weeks after he sold his truck. He didn’t even have to go through all of the hoops. Criminals.

Not happy they mandate an accessory charge of $998. $499 for protective coating and $499 for vin etching. Total rip-off If you read the web these charges are bogus and just bloat profit. We found a better place to buy where the doc fee was $299 vs $699 and no bogus fees. Not a great experience.

I'm never going back.Pure Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is the sort of place that will keep spending your money on replacing parts without taking the time to troubleshoot an issue.My Durango was running rough and while on the Interstate suddenly cut off. It magically restarted and I took it in to them to check. They charged me a boatload of cash for a computer replacement, and it would not start when they said it was ready.Another round trip to pick it up and it still ran rough but I was out of money. It also developed a tick in the passenger side door controls not opening the windows. It was as if I had a short.Next time I drove it, I lost the headlights and the 12v plug in the dash, and it was still rough so I took it back. They told me both bulbs had blown, a fuse had gone and blamed the battery (which goes dead every 24 hours and forces me to recharge it to start) charged me 650 for a battery, fuse, and bulbs and the dash started blinking on the way home. Swore to me it was fine, they had checked grounds, it had no shorts, etc.They lied.It still sits, new battery will not stay charged. I'm thinking about selling it because I am not sure it will make it to competent mechanic.

Me and my husband went in to try to buy a vehicle. I had spoke to Jenny before we had went and she had got us pre-approved for a vehicle she knew what our budget was and what we could pay a month and we was told that they had a equinox that would be in our budget so we drove down from West Liberty when we got there somehow it was going to be close to $600 a month for the car payment so instead of getting that one we go and try 2015 Equinox and even for that one they was wanting $511 a month. We give them an offer on the 2020 Equinox and Jenny looked at us like we was crazy and wasn't very friendly so we walked out and went somewhere else and got a nicer newer vehicle for $100 less on the month.Jenny called me last Monday and told me they had vehicles in our budget (but thats what she told us the first time we tried to deal with them!!) but I told her no that I bought from some where else that actually worked with us and hung the phone up.

I will never go back there again. Very poor service for 6 months they worked on my truck. It went Into there shop for a bad fuel pump. 6 months later amd 3 thousand dollars worth of parts and labor. I go and pick my truck up drive it home parked it for 3 to 4 days never got back I. It. I go to start my truc for work and it wouldn't start. So I call pure country ask them to fix my truck free of charge. I was told no I would haft to pay again to have it looked at.
