RIP-OFF REPAIRS! I recently had a vehicle repaired by the company only to find out that parts listed on Progressive Insurance adjusters estimate to be replaced by Pitstop were not! I asked the owner for invoice LQ's for parts purchased and was told "I don't have them." by owner Richard Glancy. Not only were parts life critical (suspension and steering) my request for proof of purchase of parts were DENIED! Not only were parts reused and charged to my insurance carrier but Pitstop Collision actually HEATED my sway bar to straighten it so it could be reused! Pitstop Collision is a rip-off and is operated by a liar in the worst possible way. Whatever you do, even if you choose to have them repair your vehicle, PLEASE go over EVERY PART THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE WITH "NEW PARTS". Personally I wouldn't take a bicycle for repair at this business! My problem is still unresolved at this time. The owner WILL "find" every invoice for all parts he reported as replaced and charged for when asked by the court system! I've tried numerous times to get Richard Glancy to produce invoices but he still refuses. I'm left with no alternative but to take legal action against Pitstop Collision and it's owner. If I could give a negative rating it would be a -10!!!! My advice to everyone is DO NOT LET THE CROOK AND LIAR TOUCH YOUR DAMAGED VEHICLE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!
