The employees were nice and they have great soft serve ice cream. You can fill a 12 oz plastic cup up with ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or twist) for $3.

Cashiers are friendly and helpful but the management is horrible. I was in there on a Saturday and the cashier was fairly new and needed help from the manager. The manager, Megan was very rude and disrespectful to not only the cashier but the looks she kept giving me was uncalled for. Another female manager came out to help and was as bad as the first one. They kept whispering so I'm not sure if they were talking about me or the cashier. I shop here often but will no longer shop here. I always stopped for breakfast then for other stuff in the evenings after work. I don't know how they pick the managers but it's not from their customer service or work ethic. I feel bad for the cashiers that have to work under them.
