Nice as can be, covered a tow bill of 75 dollars, evaluated my vehicle on Friday had it fixed Monday afternoon..problem was the thermostat housing had busted...655 dollars later (parts didn't cost 150)..I got car back, went to advance for a computer check..same coolant codes. Which i specifically asked to be reset for obvious reasons, Came back in Wed morning waited 2 hours for evaluation only charged for an hour of labor. 75 dollars. I don't understand business n I don't care to, they were very polite but pricing is unbelievable.

Do Not recommend , my daughter had a oil change and they left boots out of fender, tried to tell her she ran over something, happened after they took the piece off to do the oil change , would not admit they did it . Now she has to pay out of their own pocket to fix their car! I would have had more respect if they had just said we made a mistake!

Took a truck there. They fixed the door handle. Well door handle will not open now. I took it in to ask and they stated "NOT OUR PROBLEM". then the mechanics came outside bum rushing me wanting to fight. All because I asked for a job to be finished. Not to mention the 140.00 dollars thier drunk workers stole. I have to get a lawyer to handle this. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

Amazing customer service the woman carrie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very helpful. The mechanics were very helpful. Very respectful, good price, clean and very fast. I would definitely recommend going here.

Awesome & fair $ for service....I was recently stuck while traveling and the staff here took care of me to get me on the way. I had just had a starter installed in Barboursville the day before, which I was told was causing the issue's ($750 & 40miles later). Grayson Auto quoted $400 for the same work, but tested it and found that it wasn't the problem at all....Thank you Grayson Auto for your attention to details to save me $, and get me on my way. Would give 0 stars if I had the option. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! I went in for an alignment and I was told I needed my entire front end replaced. The lady said it would be thousands of dollars to fix everything and I could call back and schedule to fix everything. They didn't do the alignment but still charged me $35 just to look at my car. I had a bad gut feeling so I went to another garage to get a second opinion. They looked at my car for free and told me the only thing my car needed was struts. I had to take it to a third garage because I couldn't get an appointment fast enough to fit my schedule with the second garage. Sure enough, the third garage said my car only needed struts and the alignment. I saved so much money listening to my gut and I'm so disappointed that a business would try to take advantage of people like that.

They didn't put protectors on the fenders when they changed my oil. They did take me in at my appointment time. They did the service that was requested.
