I'd like to say that I was leery of this place because I've had 2 bad experiences from other companies in the past. However, I'd like to say this place was totally different!The attendant's went above & beyond to take care of my truck. They took the time to talk to me & answered every question.Most men who see a woman bring a vehicle in to be serviced, will take advantage of the situation but they were not like that at all!!! They treated me with nothing but the utmost kindness & respect.I would gladly & highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an oil change. You wont regret it. I'd give them 10 stars if i could!

I recently took my truck to Fast Change Lube & Oil for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was quick and efficient. They also provided a thorough inspection of my vehicle and offered helpful recommendations. I was impressed with their professionalism and will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.

I have been coming here for years. I’ve never had a bad experience! The guys are always helpful & super nice. I’ve got kiddos, so I don’t have to deal with the hassle of getting them out, which is wonderful. Joseph was very knowledgeable of everything my vehicle needed as far as maintenance. Today I came here on a small budget with little knowledge of the maintenance my car needed. I was nervous initially, but Dustin was able to answer my questions and explain my options in such a helpful and patient way. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Outstanding friendly service, very professional staff. The only complaint I would have? I asked the team if they were Greasing my vehicle, checking fluid levels in my transfer case, rear differential etc. They said they only perform those tasks if they are asked by the customer directly? I' don't like that at all, every oil/lube company I've used for 50 years has always performed these task automatically without asking. I've been using your service for past year and had assumed these were performed each time I was there? Your team did perform the services I requested gladly. And, I will return in the future for service. Now that I know I HAVE to request service, I will be better prepared. Its still a poor policy. Thank you.P.s. any questions, please respond. I hate having to do routine maintenance on my car, but I love using this particular Fast Change. The guys here are super nice and go out of their way to help in anyway they can. I had a flat tire this last time from out of no where and didn't even realize it! They tried putting air in it and it just went back flat. They finished my oil change had me pull out and one of the guys changed my tire for me! You don't get service like that anymore! I will recommend this place to anyone.
