I asked for a simple trim and face frame, the lady had shaky hands and the trim was fine but my face frame is choppy, they look like stair steps, don’t know how I am going to fix this, do not recommend.

Took my daughter for her first haircut. We got in without a wait. We had a picture of what my daughter wanted and showed it to the stylest. My daughters haircut looked nothing like the picture we showed her, maybe I should have been better at explaining the style we wanted. My daughter ended up liking her hair anyway, but I was super disappointed. The service could have been friendlier.

I went yesterday, June 8, 2022, for a simple hair cut. I told the woman what I wanted and to only take a very little bit off the top and to use clippers on the lower half in the back. My hair was already short. Not only did she NOT Clipper cut the lower back as instructed, but she took more than an inch off the top. I told her 4 times during the cutting to not cut much from the top, to which she replied that she wasn’t. Well, she did! And my hair is uneven all over it and gapped. It looks horrible. My hair grows very slowly, as it is now, it’s going to take a couple of years just to get it back to were it was. And yes, I told her before I left that she took too much off the top. She said she thought that was what I wanted. Where did she get that from??? But they still charged me full price for gaping and leaving my hair uneven. Don’t go there unless you don’t care about what your hair looks like. The ‘stylist’ was Susan Burr.

The lady was very nice that cut my hair and we even carried on a conversation. I don't get my hair cut often or do anything for myself so it was a real treat for me. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome.

I would recommend anyone to get a haircut here. Great place and great people! Got in right away and they done exactly what I wanted.
