“I don't think you'll disagree that this establishment is in the class of "dying breeds" where good ole southern hospitality and personal service tailored for you are concerned. The hours aren't the usual 9-5 but instead I believe they are from 8:30 to 3:30. The post master there is a younger lady who isn't actually as friendly as the past post master's were, especially the one that made it go from drab and boring looking to the more welcoming and colorful place it is now, Vickie (I won't post her FULL name for privacy purposes) and if you are from the area, you already knew Vickie from the Coldiron, Ky office. She lights up ANY room for ANYONE in ANY circumstance. She's a BEAUTIFUL lady inside and out! But the one that is there now isn't exactly hateful and grouchy, she's just not as cheerful and nice as most others I've encountered in a public sector position.”

“Very friendly staff ALWAYS! Helped to locate a package for me that was lost in the mail & stuck in Nashville for nearing 2 months at the time. THEY contacted me! I received the package shortly after. Thank you!My favorite USPS location of any I’ve used across the States!”

“So I'm local to this post office. I'm there almost daily. These reviews are rough. The clerk who works this location does so alone. Unlike most post offices that have multiple workers. Even the small Ewing office a few miles away usually has at least 2 workers. Everything that needs to be done falls solely on her shoulders. I only gave her 4 stars out of 5 because she is a little spicy at times but she usually has a legitimate reason why, like hateful customers who think they're the center of the universe. I know I've had bad days and went into this post office with an attitude, she simply gave it right back. Hell maybe that's why I like her, besides if she rated me as a customer I almost certainly would fall short of a 5 star rating.”
