We purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. After having the vehicle for 3 days, we noticed fluid was leaking from somewhere underneath the vehicle. It was Saturday afternoon, and Mark Motors was already closed for the day. I called and left a message requesting a call back as soon as possible. Mark called me back first thing Monday morning. When I described what was going on, he assured me they would take care of me. To protect the vehicle from damage, instead of having me drive it back to them, Mark provided me with the number for Shane Hubbs’s Towing Service, and told me Shane would pick it up with his rollback tow truck and deliver it back to Mark Motors so they could investigate the issue. Once they had the vehicle back, Dallas called me to let me know the leak was caused by a loose transmission fluid plug. The secured the plug, cleaned the leak covered area, including the splash shield, and refilled the transmission fluid. They had the vehicle back to us the same day.
