Bought a vehicle on January 8th 2023 and have not received the title, and clerks office has no record of the vehicle in there system. Can not get ahold of Brent Ledford, and the car lot is abandoned now.

Use to be a great place. The workers need more training. Asked them where to speak with Mr ledford and it's always "i don't know" with any of my questions. Then they say i have to speak with ledford and he is never around or never pickes up the phone. Ledford needs to be more friendly. Tried and tried to get ahold of him but he only cares if he is gonna make a dollar off you. A simple "I can't help you" would have been nice instead of leaving people in the dark. I guess people change over the years.Services: Body & Trim
