About North Welcome Station
The North Welcome Station serves as a helpful visitor center for Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. It provides regional information, maps, brochures, and commemorative merchandise. Visitors can also find snacks, water bottles, clean restrooms, a recycle center, trailheads, and soda machines. The station is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm during April to October, and Wednesday through Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm in March and November, closing seasonally in December, January, and February. Staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making it a great place to stop for information and supplies before exploring the area. Many visitors enjoy the trails, bike rides, and the scenic surroundings around the station.

Very informative about the area. Offers a great selection of books and merchandise relevant to the area. Young, old, and in between should not have a problem finding something to capture their interest here at the nature station.

Staff was very helpful to ket us know what we could see and do in the Land Between the Lakes area

Has clean out for camper sewage, dumpster for trash and fresh water for campers as well
