Charming and fun spot. Amazing ownership, great selection of Kentucky beers on tap and available to buy to-go. Great snacks and pizza as well.

Rude and slow service. Stale food. Dirty tables. Tainted meat on sandwiches. A very long wait just to order. Even longer to be served. To go items looked unappetizing.

I worked on a horse farm right after college, years ago.....like in the 80's. My farm was right down the road from the Goshen Country Store and we ate lunch here just about every day. In one of my first visits back to Louisville in years, I just had to take a drive up to Goshen and check out my old stomping grounds. I cannot tell you how amazing it was to find that this wonderful country store is still in business, and it looks just like it did in days gone by. It was like walking back in time, when life was so much simpler. I cherish the memories of this time in my life, and the memories too of this one-of-a-kind store, and equally outstanding staff. Make time to visit here, you won't regret it one bit.

The most average sandwich I've had in years... not the most high quality ingredients but it felt like my mom was making me a sandwich and the charm of the location and the darling nature of the woman who helped me bumped the stars up. Plus, I was enormously famished...

Great little general store in Goshen. They make an excellent ham and pepperjack cheese sandwich. My dad and I stopped in here after work one day and it felt like a nice country store from Andy Griffith days. I really enjoyed it and look forward to going back for a visit.

This place is like a time capsule! Makes you feel like you've been transported to mid-century times. Locally owned and ran, and overall a great business to support.
