Loved my visit to this shop! The ladies there are so nice! Large variety of items from clothing and jeweley to kitchen and home. They also decorated the shop inside and out for fall, and it looks so festive! I will come back!

I took my Mother and Aunt into the Mercantile for a look around before eating at the Whistle Stop. The shop was full of hidden treasures - we found items for the front porch, kitchen, Derby, several gifts, and both of the ladies I accompanied left with several colorful new coats! The exquisite treasures in the shop are matched only by the joy of a visit with Ms Sherry. What a find and a must stop before and/of after lunch!

Visited yesterday with my wife and in-laws before eating at The Whistle Stop. Shop is antique feeling but yet had some modern day items. My wife bought a few different articles of clothing such as a shaw and toboggan. The lady running the front counter who I an assuming is the owner was very friendly and sweet, having casual conversations with the patrons. Very friendly atmosphere and enjoyed seeing what was in the store.

The old lady that owns this antiques store is a rude, hateful lady. Very sad that she raised such a ridiculous issue while we were eating dinner at the wonderful Whistle Stop.. while we were enjoying our dinner we were approached asking if we had parked out front of her business that is closed per her Facebook post until February. We parked there she literally got in her car and came and knocked on our door telling us to move our vehicle from the property in front of her junky store. Keeping in mind it's a public road! She doesn't maintain at all. And it was closed. She let me know that we had been in front of her closed business for 30 minutes and we were being rude!?! I would never shop there. Extremely rude lady.

I ran in yesterday when I was taking a break from house cleaning. I am in love with this store. I failed to get the name of the very kind lady who helped me. I bought 2 candles only 2 for $10.00. The best deal of the day. I am in love with the Sweet Eucalyptus. I will be back to go through the whole store. LOVE IT.

Very disappointed. We stopped in on Saturday and I found a few ornaments I wanted. Most weren't marked so I asked one of the ladies the prices. Got to the register and the lady at the register rang me up and swiped my card without telling me the total. When I went to sign my receipt my total was 15.00 more than it should have been. When I asked why she was very rude, like it wasn't my place to question her. Turns out according the lady at the register the sweet lady I asked
