Pumps suck. Tap to pay never works on any of their pumps and buttons frequently don't work.

This is a nice pilot travel center that we stopped into on our way out of town. I need a gas. I enjoy stop and eat cause I have a wide variety of snacks and nice bathrooms to use.

Showers are closed from 11 pm to 6am but see the employees out side smoking cigarettes about 5 times in 1 hour

One of the larger fill ups on this trip, I managed to get this far and put 21 gallons into the van. This was 40 cents cheaper than the last fill up but it did get cheaper from here into Tennessee and North Carolina. The fueling area was tidy with no litter and the squeegee wells had water. Nice to clean the bugs off the windshield. Inside, the restroom was in fair condition. Not great with splashed water on the counter and a few paper towels on the floor. I've seen better. Pilot travel center gas station and mini mart located in Glendale, Kentucky. Larger inside and solid comparable gas prices at this location from a pit stop a buddy and me made on our way to Nashville from louisville. Restrooms were in ok shape and the facilities seemed upkept and stocked from the areas I browsed and checked out. Overall a pretty standard run of the mill gas station and pit stop for us with no issues. Which means this pilot travel center served the purpose we needed it to.

This place had the grossest bathrooms. It was horrible. Some of their pumps were out of gas, but the station down the road had no unleaded. Gas was $2.91. Cheapest we've seen on this trip. They have a McDonald's inside with a drive thru. We didn't eat there... because I hate Mac. D's....

Gas station is great the McDonald's on the other hand is a joke employees are all dicking around I saw one of them pretend to shot her self while the other laughed and trashed talked customers the lady who took our order was rude as hell she kept rolling her eyes the managers all accept one takes there job as a f****** joke

went to McDonald's and went to use my points....they dont accept them here! wont be back. I earned em....should be able to use em! I've used my points at other McDonald's in other stores....wasted my time...

This is a very good stop for fuel because the price is the lowest in the area. However, you do not want to go inside. They play loud Rap Music, the place looks like a mess and the bathrooms are a disaster. Not clean at all. There is a McDonalds inside that looked very nice and a whole lot cleaner. I think next time through I'll try the one a couple of miles down the road.

Do not use this Pilot. This is the 2nd time someone skimmed my debit card number and used it. the first time before the new pumps it was skimmed for $400.00. The bank did return the money but anyone I talked to seem not to care. The most recent was yesterday, this time around 1 in the afternoon, fill up the car using debit as a charge. 1 hour later charges started showing up on are bank account from one line retailers. With the new pumps and daylight, (I can tell if it was a skimmer) would think if it wasn't a skimmer them someone some how got the card numbers. And since no at pilot would help me last time, I just felt with the bank and police. I do suggest the speedway across the street, at least they don't let people block the pumps while they go in and eat. Oh and I'm cancelling my loyalty card.

By being fair to their workers. You work, get hurt, yet they have this 'Ill mail your workman's comp checks when I feel like it. After I go on vacation, oops I forgot, etc..... 3 and counting missing
