“I found Steve's business through a 3d party and, due to some miscommunication with that 3d party, I showed up angry and not expecting much. Steve's team was professional, heard my complaints, explained the miscommunication, and went to work on my car. When I picked my car up it looked brand new. It's been almost a week and I still can't believe how good it looks.”
“Yesterday, while vacuuming out my car, I accidentally sucked up my real gold earrings that were laying in console. I immediately caught it and went straight for help. Chris- the assistant manager, came to help immediately. Told me, no worries, he could recover them. He cut off vacuum line, & dumped vacuum canister. My earrings fell out on ground. I literally had to hold back tears. I thought they were just gone. This location, on North Mulberry, is so much better than the one on Dixie. The staff is good, especially the assistant manager, Chris. It is so refreshing to encounter friendly staff that “want to help you”, without the negative attitude you see these days. Thank you, Chris! My new favorite location.”

“The Glendale KY 3rd shift guys did an incredible job. I just came off the farm tour ( dead giveaway who it was) and brought them a muddy mess that they got clean in record time. I would highly recommend Blue Beacon in Glendale KY to get it done right the first time!!!!”
