Valero gas station and cowboy mini mart located in a small Kentucky town that me and the family stopped in for a pit stop while on the way from Lousiville to Cincinnati. Plenty of gas pumps and a decent sized mart. Bathrooms were in pretty rough shape but the overall mini mart had good options and was decently upkept. Overall solid spot. Being born and raised in Kentucky I've seen plenty of Valero gas stations but this is the first cowboy mart I've experienced. So was interning to see a new setup at a gas station.

They are a little truck stop that tries to accommodate as many as they can. When trying to get off the road for the night they were friendly gave information and told me where to park.

The staff here especially the older lady is very rude judgemental discerning she followed us out to our car got her license plate number and was giving it to someone on the phone just because our card declined and we weren't able to purchase the items that we had picked out very rude and judgmental people here she should not have a job like this

Uhm? Well, it’s not Loves or Pilot but I have to say that I’m greatly thankful for finding a parking spot. So many negative comments that I was reluctant to stop at this gas station. I purchased some milk and some Twinkies just to treat myself to some sweets. I interacted with the clerk during my purchase transaction and She was polite; not talkative but friendly enough. Where am I going with this? Sometimes it is our initial behavior, politeness, and our state of mind that will determine, in most cases that is, a positive interaction. It is a quiet and safe place to sleep in your truck. It beats having to sleep on an off ramp. Good luck.

You know, not everyone can go home to a hot meal every night. So it sure would be great if these "convenience stores" would serve SOMETHING hot and fresh for us truckers! Seriously!
