I don't even give them a 1. more like -50.Katrina was very rude and hung up on me and all I was doing was asking questions on a package that was put in their possession 2 days ago at 6am in the morning and yet to be delivered. She blamed it on the other location, it must be there. The other location would not answer the phone at 3pm when hours of closing is not till 4:30. I did not know there were 2 post offices in Glasgow but both are no help.It took 1 day for package to move across state lines but 2 days and counting.... to literally go 0.25 miles down the road from the Main street office. I truly understand why UPS and Fedex has become giants in this industry.

I can order a package and receive it from all other carriers on time or before. The glasgow location hardly ever is on time and a lot of times tracking says they couldn’t deliver because they couldn’t access the driveway and there isn’t anything ever blocking it!

Sorry post office. 22 minute wait time to talk to someone on the phone. Never answered my call. You didn't deliver my registered mail to the address I had on the envelope, delivered it to a po box instead, yet still charged me $5.00 for registered mail service. That, my friends, is called fraud!!

They are going down hill more all the time, went from getting mail at 9 a.m to sometimes as late as 6 p.m, get others mail in my box at least once a week, takes forever to receive packages now, have to worry all the time about someone else getting my mail and packages, I have lived at my address for 6 years and during this time we have had three different mail person's and it gets worse with each one. So unprofessional, you would think it being a Government thing that they would train there employees better

I work at a business that does not have a roadside mailbox. When the store was built the storefront was the parking lot. There is no place for a mail box. The Postal Worker is suppose to stop, come in, check for pick up, or drop off mail. He refuses to do so. We have customers complaining to us that their payments on their accounts are being returned to them in the mail because our carrier refuses to stop. I have added pics below so that everyone can see the lazy postal carrier that is trying his best to damage our business by refusing to deliver or pick up our mail.

This was the most awful postal office visit I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. You know you're in the wrong place when the employee asks when you hand him the letter "Is this a joke?" or "Well, I hope it makes it." Just go anywhere else.
