Down Home Reality has been astounding in their service while selling my late father's home. When my father died, he left me with the need to sell my childhood home to settle his estate. Our agent, Bobby, has been everything I needed. From his easy going, roll with it attitude to his massive wealth of knowledge, excellent teamwork and shear determination he has kept this sale on the straight and narrow from day one. Bobby has committed to this sale beyond that of a normal agent. Upfront, he communicated his costs and contract in a transparent and honest manner. He makes sure you know what you're getting with his service - but you get so much more than what's on paper. He advertised my listing internationally, (which did make the sale happen!), scheduled showings very quickly and communicated clearly with other agents to bring as many prospective buyers in as possible. He even collaborated with out of state buyers via video calls and digital tours. He is the definition of a team player! He worked to actively bring people into the home and that made all the difference. He has assisted in finding AND securing home inspection professionals; even going as far as to set up appointments, track invoices and follow up on tardy reports. He has defended the estate and given me solid advice when bids for services were too high. When demands from loan underwriters came up, he was there, ready to face them with me. He truly has the best interest for me in mind. His communication with me is always extremely prompt and his follow through on tasks is superb. He keeps me up to date on all events and even assisted in getting collaboration started between my estate lawyer and the buyer's closing company.... A HUGE ease to my mind. He has made my life so much easier and given me great peace of mind in a time where everything seems too hard. This sale would not have happened without him and his team. I cannot ask for a better agent or reality team and would not use any one else.
