This store severely lacks customer service. One person to be seen in the entire store…and I walked it looking for someone. With so much competition around…you’d think they would up their game. And, don’t ask for anything because they are not friendly…and they point to an isle 50 feet away and say “it’s on the right”. Really? I had to go back and ask again…he was mad and huffed off to the isle pointing to 2 products at the bottom of the isle. This store is close to my house but I won’t be back unless absolutely no other option…I’d rather drive farther to get better service.

Out of propane this morning which is ok. What's not ok was told to come back this afternoon and they would have more. I called 4 times no answer so drive here 4pm no propane.

Limited on merchandise I wanted, cashier was very slow. That said, price is better at this location is why I drive 18 miles further to go to this store.

I've shopped at this store for all sorts of different items from lawn mowers, boots, shirts, jeans, tools and even a bolt for several years even when it was at the old location. Always a good selection and at a reasonable price, clean store with very friendly atmosphere.

Very helpful staff in the Glasgow store. We had to buy tires for a trailer and they went above and beyond to help us out. Recommend them for all your farm needs

Here lately ' l don't know what has happened to this place ' use to l could find things l needed ' now they don't have much or some of the employees don't have a clue about farm stuff ' but a couple of them do ' l have got where l don't go there much anymore ' most are friendly thow l'll give em that
