My friend has been using their service for forwarding packages to me since 2021 using their mailbox rental. I'm absolutely happy with their service. Sometimes they take their time, but I've never had any problems with them. They do customized services as well.

I don’t come here very often, and every time I do, I typically don’t have a problem with anything I’m trying to ship. It always arrives on time and in good condition. With that being said, there has not been one time I have gone in there and the associates were friendly. Every worker I have met there, has always had an attitude or made me feel like I was bothering them. Today was probably the worst experience I’ve had with the girl working there. I am always friendly and I could tell she might not have been having a good day. However, the way she was coming across to me made me very uncomfortable & like I was a bother to her. This will be the last time I go there, unfortunately.

I’ve used this Ship it ! Store several times to ship items. Some standard shipping and some had to be expedited. Either way they have always been professional and always friendly when I have used them. I would personally recommend them to anyone.

I paid 26.00 to mail out a package on Friday for it to be delivered by Tuesday.nothing but excuses and a unprofessional rude tone from the manager. I wasn't the only customer in the store she was being rude to. I will never be using there service again. Very sad that these young people have no idea how to give good customer service.

I've always had pretty good experiences and I've been there multiple times. I found it fast and convenient. Mostly I've had faxes sent there or something printed off.Even the interactions in the store with other customers seems friendly and it has a home/mom and pop atmosphere. Not sure what was going on a few years ago but I've had nothing but positive experiences.I've been very appreciative of their help.

They have always been so nice. I don't even have to tell them who I am and they instantly get my packages. That happened on my second visit there! They are patient when I ask questions and stay friendly.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Just asked a simple question about sending my Apple Watch off through UPS (which they are an authorized UPS store) and instead of kindly saying her store cannot help me she got extremely hateful and refused to help.

The only problem I have is that sometimes when returning an item, they (the company I bought from) gives me a QR Code. Went to take my return and they don't do QR Code returns. I have to either have to go home and call customer service to send me a actual label or go to Bowling Green to a UPS store. My gripe is, if your going to ship items for people, you need to do EVERYTHING!! I shouldn't have to go through all the hassle to return something.

Great place to drop off and ship items too.Great atmosphere. The owner and staff have "always" been nice to me. I've never experienced them being rude at all. I have over 9 million views on my photos as I leave a ton of reviews and take photos too, so if there was ever a time that was bad here, I would have noted that, but there isn't. Even from several years ago before they changed their name, they never acted rudely towards me. All you negative reviewers must have gone in with an attitude. Owner and Staff Keep up the good work!!!Mattie(Matty) is my favorite employee there. ( sorry everyone )
